It's time for a nap, I can tell when I need one when just start spacing off and can't focus.
No shame in needing a nap, adults need naps also, health professionals have confirmed that yes indeed, adults also need to take naps.
But my body has told me that forever, I don't need what my body tells me to be confirmed by another human with a health professional title.
Anyways, it's time for a nap, a reset moment, lots of day left, but it'll be more meaningful if I take a quick nap.

Sure, it's early morning, the suns about to come out.
I had a spurt of energy, and so I got up to release some thoughts on another blog forum. But now, that early morning, pre-dawn drowsiness is setting in, and so will oblige by laying back down and taking a nap... Naps are shorter than bedtime sleep, naps are usually for 2 hours or less, in my mind. So yes, now that done taking a break from sleeping, will go and take a nap, before I wake up again and the day really begins.

Got up to early, so now getting drowsy again, which means I'm gonna have to jump back into bed and take a pre dawn nap, so that when I really get up for good, I don't get drowsy by noon.
