Your neighbors

It annoys me how now days, todays generation, when they move in next to you, they don't introduce themselves.

This makes for a awkward first encounter, especially if living in apartments, and you don't even realize the apartment next to you has been moved into.

It just makes for a awkward situation when you don't know anyone is there yet, and then you bump into them one night, and they think you're a stranger, you think 'what are they doing here', and so forth.

People today, just don't know how to communicate.

When I move into a new place, the first thing I do is introduce myself, let people know 'I'm here', let people examine me and so forth.
To me that's the polite and safe thing to do, rather than sneaking into a place and not letting people know you just moved in.

Society really is changing from when I was younger and people, most people, shared common public relations values.

As a person of color, I'd rather have white neighbors over B ones in an apartment setting...why?

Cause unless raised around B folks, even if considered B yourself, you won't really have anything in common with them, their mannerisms ect, that's been my experience.

Whites are just more generic, and easier to get along with, cause your average generic W person isn't as phytologically damaged on the inside.
Sure some are, but the odds are most common ones aren't, and just seem to be able to endure hardships better than urban younger B folks

Not only that, despite what you see on TV, in the movies, B folks aren't socially friendly at all, unless they already know you, even to other blacks, they're not friendly, again, unless already know you.

Where as whites tend to be friendlier in general, even if they don't know you...blacks just tend to be more paranoid of the unknown, especially if raised up in urban areas where they've been conditioned to think everyone, or male, who is black, is a criminal.
Oh ye, whites aren't the only ones who are bias like that.
B females are probably the most racially bias against black males of them all, even though B females are subject to be racially profiled themselves, don't matter, on a day to day bases, B females are as or more racist towards B males than even whites or Asians are, well, maybe not as much as Asians.

Anyways, ye, I do wish I had some younger W neighbors who're into normal stuff.

I like feeding the geese, 2 of them that show up daily.
I feed them bread, wheat bread.
But just now, or minutes ago, downstairs neighbor came out and begin feeding them white bleached bread...why?

Bleached white bread is bad for humans, how much worse is it for geese?

I was just kind of annoyed by that, it's why so many humans are sickly all the time cause of the junk we eat, so why feed that junk to wild animals?
Anyways, they're moving out soon, they're not a bad person at all, I just got a bit annoyed at seeing them feed the geese bleached white bread, which totaly lacks any kind of nutritional value.

Apartments are a weird concept, when you think about it, cause you're living next to a complete stranger to you...and these days no one says hello, no one introduces themselves to you, so one day out of the blue you just may bump into them while entering or leaving your place, which can be uncomfortable.

Seems no matter what, the leasing office always moves the most darkest skinned black folks next to me that I just cannot relate to.

Anytime you move to an area and you see lots of black urban thugs walking up and down the sidewals, well, it's because they're either staying with their lovers, or mammas, cause they for sure aren't signing the apartment leases.

Black females always tend to bring the drudge of society with them, wherever they move.
A black female could move into a mansion, and here would come their thug, pant sagging sons, or lovers, or boyfriends, ect.

_____ people are loud, and behave more like zoo animals, and love to break things and litter.
I've lived in and around such types for over a decade, and nothing has changed.

All the women know how to do is have babies, and attracted felon males around them.
Want to tear down a neighborhood or apartment complex, than invite or allow urban bred younger B folks to come live there, ye, the same types who do those smash and grabs on YT.
