Why do I need a 'provider' in order to get certain prescription.
No one provides for my health but me! I've never had a medical 'Provider', other than short stint in the Navy.
Doctors mean nothing to me, they do nothing for me, other than trauma doctors that fix and mend broken bones, accidents, etc.
But other doctors, to me, have been meaningless, is why I never ever go.
I'm my own doctor, herbalist, nutritionist and more...the F do I need a arrogant negative god complex doctor for??
Sorry you spent so much money getting your degree.
Maybe eye doctors, hearing doctors, you know, doctors like that I get.
But just saying, no doctor can take credit for my health.
I wish more people would wake up and reclaim their health and stop elevating this medical complex that robbing you blind.
Other nations, people live just as long, yet they're not obsessed with health care like fat, stupid, lazy Americans are.

Americans stuck on stupid when it comes to natural healing remedies vs running off to the synthetic drug prescribing system doctors
All I can do is share, if people don't actually watch the videos, that's on them.

This may sound odd, but maybe I'm not eating enough, is why I've been feeling drowsy during the day at timesI mean today, took a long vigorous bike ride, but just realized, other than a protein drink, and some popcorn, I really haven't eaten much. I know we live in era where we're all told to eat less, but just maybe, my drowsiness during the day, is do to me actually not eating enough and replacing the carbs, calories, that I use up when exercising...hmm I mean without food, we have no fuel.

I notice when i start drinking, again, these things.
1. Ringing in ears becomes louder.
2. Weird feeling around neck area, or skin in neck area, like neck starts squeaking.
3. Knee joints begin to ache and or grind more.
4. Deep muscle soreness begins or starts
In other words, like say if I start drinking more than twice a week, I start feeling the negative health effects of doing so.
But when i stop drinking, it all goes away, for the most part.

Dr Grace tells me.
1. Avoid sugary drinks, carbonated or not, they're all full of the same terrible ingredients and overloaded with sugar...period.
When I disobey this rule, I feel it, and get drowsy after meals, etc, which is a sign of something worse...but when I listen to 'Dr Grace', I feel just fine.
2. Avoid overloading food with sauces, mainly like Ketchup, mustard, Barbecue sauces, etc...again, they're loaded with sugar and preservatives, is why they last forever.
Learn to eat foods without sauces, like hot dogs, beef ones, without sauces, etc...and it's amazing the natural flavors that come out on their own. If the food tastes bad without sauce, than the food wasn't prepared right or is full of awful chemical ingredients.
When I listen to Dr Grace, my health does just fine, but when I stray, well.

I never drink fast food fountain drinks, that's how you get coldsA sure way to catch a cold, at least for me, is to drink fountain drinks at fast food places....why? Cause I suspect they're not properly cleaned, desanitized, which becomes a breeding ground for bacteria. Like the water in the ice tray dispenser and all. I just know whenever I even just sip fountain drink drinks, I immediately get the sniffles, as if a cold is coming on. Stay healthy, and avoid the fountain drinks, especially if older, at least that's my advice.
