Keeping your place clean is a form of health and fitness
I use to laugh at TV shows, like the Jefferson's or 'Different Strokes' or 'Gimmie a break' and others, where families had maids to clean regular sized apartments or homes, or even the Brady Bunch.
But if have place, live alone, you quickly realize how much effort and energy and time it takes to keep place clean, I mean you're constantly going in circles behind yourself, bathroom, toilet, tub, kitchen, living room, bedroom, closets, and more.
Fridge, and more.
Amazing how quick dust accumilates. Even if have tile floors, take white paper towel to floor after one day and see all the static dust that is wiped up. Dust particles are everywhere.
But keeping place clean is so apart of both mental and physical health, and if have a pet even worse.
Amazing how so many areas of house, home or Mansion become layered in dust, and how walls become stained with oil covered hand marks, mirrors layered in light layer of dust, and more.
A home keeps constant cleaning if want it to remain sanitized and germ free.
It can be a full time job, I know some may laugh, but it really can.
So anyways, this section will be about how to keep place clean and related topics, which again is so very much apart of both mental and physical health, stay tuned.

I think some people clean, when can do nothing else to control course of life Then again, some people have to clean cause if don't, no one will clean up for them. When alone, cleaning can be the most lame, boring thing you do, it almost says you don't have a life. Then again, just depends, cause can be alone, and still want place you live in to look decent if not just for self, or for that rare random visitor that may show up. I guess what I should say is that when one is 'depressed', then cleaning feels lame.

Keeping place clean and getting rid of clutter may help reduce your allergy symptoms I know later today, I will have my house servant dust down items within place, as in the walls, the floors, and anywhere else where dust may collect. I know every ones been all freaked out over covid for the last year, but still, the home, where you live, can still be your greatest 'germ bank' or 'bacteria bank', if not properly kept clean and sanitized. I'm not even sure why carpets were ever invented, carpets nothing more than a 'sponge' for all things gritty and dirty...pull up a carpet one day, and you'll see what I mean. Also, if want to improve health, not just physical health by mental health, just toss out everything you don't need, just do it, not only will place look better, but you'll have more room, and will have destroyed or gotten rid of 'environment' for more bacteria to grow on, dust to collect on and ect.

To me, it's not so much inside your place that's naturally 'dirty', rather it's what we track in on the bottom of our shoes, or what floats in when door is open, as in 'dust', mud, soil, and what's in all 3 of those, bacteria is, mites, microbes and other things we can't see. Well these things don't just die because they're in our homes, many of them fester, and the more stuff to fester on, the better. Oh, forgot to mention 'fungi'. It's why outside shoes are a no no in my place. Like now, I just dusted, and my nasal, feel like want to sneeze or feel like coming down with cold feeling, went away. As above post says, I think the biggest threat to our health often comes from inside our places, especially if have a carpet, if you could see what's beneath that carpet you'd fringe. Carpets to me are an abomination Throw rugs are OK, like over hardwood floors or tile, but full complete carpets, no way.

Clean clean clean Cleaning is theraputic, according to Dr Logan Hogan Mogan, at least I think that's their name. Either way, cleaning is very theraputic, whether cleaning up the floor or cleaning up the mess in our own lives.

I spend the bulk of my time and energy, when at home, simply cleaning up after self I spend the bulk of my time, when at home, just cleaning up after myself...I waste, or spend a lot of time and energy doing that, like a dog chasing their own tail. I guess the only solution to that is to not make a mess to begin with, in that simply clean up/put things away immediately; as in cloths, and or doing the dishes right after a meal. Easier said than done, cause how many of us, when get home from work, just toss clothing wherever? Or after a meal, just pile dishes in sink? Or just scatter stuff, when looking for something? If I didn't spend so much time and energy cleaning up behind self, I can only wonder how many collective years, yes years, I've lost to always cleaning up behind self.

Also, for me, keeping my face clean, groomed, is a form of mental fitness and moral upkeep. It's late at night, but still going to shave, to keep my face feeling soft and clean, and youthful.
It came up on my 'to do list'....I put everything on that list, and then roll a dice next to each one, which are chosen based on highest dice roll.

It's amazing how much doing housework and walking through airports just seem to wear you out extra.I mean I can jog in the park, do pull-ups, stretch, fast walk, ect, and not feel as worn out and tired as I do when I do 20 minutes of tedious housework, or walk from terminal to terminal at a large airport...

Cleaning over the age of 50 I've been in an emotional energetic lull over the last few days, so I decided to clean and straighten up the place, thinking it would help boost my mood...so far it hasn't worked, I still feel emotionally flat and unmotivated and almost hopeless that anything will work out. Not even coffee is helping...hmm. I did drink on Friday night, or maybe it was Saturday, no Sunday, I did drink on Sunday, or maybe it was Monday, I don't know, I forget...either way, I had about 7 cans of beer, on Monday, and I don't think that could be the cause of my emotional lull, it has to be something else effecting my mood or a bunch of little stuff, maybe future worry about my finances, and living situation. I don't know, in the past I'd just drink right now and so it wouldn't matter, but now that moving away from drinking I'm forced to deal with my moods and all their complexities. ------------------------ The future is ugly, if not prepared for it, and even when you think you're prepared for it, it can still be ugly. So what now? Well, rents due today...just great, and so is my storage fee, just great. Everything is always grabbing at your resources... I haven't worked in months, and loving it, but I know this honeymoon will end soon, come crashing down, in, in a violent way. Changes will have to be made...but at my age, do I really want change anymore? Well, when poor, your options are limited, that's just how it is...when poor, you really haven't a say in much. Either you gotta go back and work some mindless manual job, or live homeless or live in some ran down community, which can be worse than being homeless at times.
