Another bike ride
When I get done eating these pork and beans and baked chicken, I think I'll get dressed and take another bike ride, and exercise a bit a long the way....why not.
When feel mushy like I do now, exercising can awaking your mind and body by getting the blood flowing to and through both.

I've been taking like AMP GNC plant based protein powder for over a month, it sure isn't helping me build any muscles.

I did go workout, a bit.
1. Drove car to parking lot, tried to remove scratches = 20 minutes
2. Drove car to park, walked, short sprints, stretched = 20 minutes
3. Drove to grocery store, parked, walked inside, walked around store = 30 minutes
4. Drove home, put grocery up = 10 minutes.
Now back home, and mood hasn't changed much at all...darn.

Working out twice a day nowWorking out twice a day now, pretty much have to, at least since unemployed at the moment. When you're working, you burn up a lot of calories at work, especially if blue-collar job, but when unemployed, unless you're exercising, really all you're doing is sitting or laying down, as such, one workout just isn't enough, if serious about fitness. And let me tell you, I had a 'not in as good of shape as I thought' moment today. Climbing grassy hills is what we all did as youth (at least where I'm from)...and is one of the best ways to get in shape, build your endurance and leg strength and coordination. Well, let me tell you, after finding steep grassy hill today near freeway over pass, I felt like a old person slow jogging and stepping up that bank, I did it a few times, and wow...after that, I realize I'm not in the shape I thought I was...if anything, from 0-10, 10 being the best shape for my age, after that, I'd say I'm at a 4.Although recent doctor check said I was near perfect, as far as internal organs go...but then again all they did was take a blood test and urine test, they weren't talking about like physical fitness type of shape. Anyways, done exercising for the day, and I already feel restless. It's my mind I really need to start exercising by learning how to concentrate on one thing for a long period of time without getting bored.

Why join a gym when there's plenty of ready made outside gyms all over the place

It's after dark, but I still may go ride my back here soon and workout...I mean why not?
This idea that you got to be stuck inside your house or apartment after dark, says who? I workout when I want to workout...but again, I've been off work for over 6 months, so I'm not tied down to that dreaded work schedule draining feeling where you're like all careful and selfish with your time.
Work does that to you, it makes you very aware and selfish of your time, cause that clock to go back to work is always ticking...I've been free of that for over 6 months, and the thought of going back to that is dreadful to me.
Anyways, yep, I think I'll workout here soon on this Wednesday night before any rain moves in.

I workout twice a day now cause once isn't enough. They're light workouts.
But the idea of just sitting around in place all evening and night is sickening to me and is a recipe for bad health...is why so many in the U.S. obscessed with health care.
Well, if learn to live right and exercise, you wouldn't be giving all your money to doctors.

Yep, about to go workout, have to 'or else'. Slept in late, drank a few beers last night, so yeah, I have to workout.
If everything else crumbles in my life, I at least need my health so I can walk on the beach while homeless...lol I hope it doesn't come down to that though. Not only that, but the beach isn't always the best place to be homeless, you can't drink the water, sand everywhere, no privacy. Not sure why homeless people like the beach, unless it's an abandoned beach where the public doesn't roam.
Anyways, groom, dress, and go workout out. Just grooming, dressing, can seem like a workout in and of itself...at least if you care about your looks.

I think I'll take advantage of this dry spell here and go workout real quick before all the rain starts hitting. May even get a full rainsuit so that I can walk around in the rain, cause I don't like being stuck inside just sitting...that's the worst feeling for me is to just be stuck inside and unable to properly exercise.

Tennis anyone?
Tennis anyone? Before this, I haven't swung a tennis racket in years, maybe a decade. But tennis keeps you fit, keeps those muscles loose. I may have to add it to my regular workout routine, again.
Bottom line, just stay fit and eat right, cause the world is hard enough when healthy, how much harder is the world to us when we're unhealthy.

It's like after 1 am, but was filling out the 'to do list', or randomly rolling dice next to things to do, and 'workout' came up...so I had like a very late night, or midnight, aerobic workout, stretching, yoga, or what I call 'speed yoga'...a term I invented just now...and other light non weights type of movements and etc.
it was fun. I'm so glad I didn't drink earlier or I'd be feeling like crap right now.
I feel so much better when I don't drink...my body begs me not to drink, I could be in as good as or better shape than I was 10 years ago, if I'd just but the beers down forever.
But I go about a few days, and cave in...sometimes I can go weeks, but eventually I get the urge for a drink and have to start the sobriety thing all over.
Being alone, or lonely, will also make you want to drink, at least it does for me at times, to mask the pain of feeling lonely.
I'm alone, but I don't always feel lonely, but when I do, it's not a good feeling.
