What's in the sauce that we're adding to our food?
Lately something, 1 ingredient or maybe many, that's in sauces, have been making my 'jaw' and or teeth ache when I consume it.
I've been doing some 'reverse food eating engineering', and it's taken a while but have finally narrowed it down to 'sauces' and or 'flavoring' as in salad dressings, tomato paste and other such flavoring added to food.
So here, I'll show product, if can find picture of it, and then share each ingredient in it, not just for the reader, but for myself to come back to later, when I have time and do research on each ingredient in the sauce, and some of it may be shocking to your and my health conscious, so with that lets begin this journey towards better health.

'House recipe' 'Ranch dressing and dip' Could not find exact product I had late yesterday while at work, I just know it came included in pre made Salad I purchased at a travel center store.. But here's the ingredients, and one or a few of these ingredients my body no longer agrees with...this will be the first of many shared ingredients in that I want to see if same ingredients appear in various products. Let's begin.. 1. Cultured lowfat buttermilk 2. Soybean oil, water, distilled vinegar 3. Contains less than 2% of sugar, salt, egg yolks, garlic*, onion*, spice, parsely. OK fine, well enough right, if the list just stopped their, fine, but now's where the ingredients begin sounding more like bomb making material rather than something that should be in our foods. 4. Phosphoric acid 5. Polysorbate 60 6. Xanthan gum 7. Sorbic acid and sodium benzoate (as preservatives) 8. Monosodium glutamate 9.Artificial color, natural flavor (what?) 10.Disodium Inosinate and Disodium guanylate *Dehydrated --------------------------------------------------------- Wow, wow, I think I'm onto something here, the list, starting at (4) is where it gets interesting and scary, and again will have to compile a few more lists before I can start seeing a pattern here, then will look up the history of each ingredient, this will be a long project, but I want to know what it is we're all eating that could be causing all kinds of health issues in many, including headaches, toothaches, jaw pains, cancers and other stuff. One thing for sure, no more sauce for me, will just go back to making my own sauce from scratch, just tossing tomatoes in blender and other stuff and making my own sauce, even my own hot sauce again, cause again, the above ingredients sound more like what the military would use to put in a grenade or something. Much more to follow as time allows.

Tomorrow, time allowing, will share ingredients and 'Warning' on back of can of 'Tuna in tomato Sauce', Cancer warning label written very small on can that most people don't read. Who needs a Doctor??, if more would wake up and simply pay more attention to what we're eating, or better yet what 'industry' adds to what we eat...to be continued tomorrow.

Xanthan gum - seems to be an ingredient that, well, let's just say I'm seeing this ingredient in more than one item that my body doesn't react well to, much more to follow as time allows

Now as promised, some more ingredients and once I write them down I can finally toss this Sardines can in the trash Pampa Sardines in tomato sauce or paste, was the last thing I ate that really agitated my gums, or teeth or roof of mouth, just weird odd 'Jaw aches' that should not be there, and so want to share the ingredients they shared on can real quick, let's begin 1. Sardines (fish, water, tomato paste, modified tapioca starch, salt, sugar, Xanthan gum,, oleoresin paprika color. Those are the ingredients they share, not the 'Xanthan gum', which is was also in the salad dressing above that cause me discomfort.. No onto the warning label, and not sure if this following warning label has to do with ingredients in can or the 'waters' that fish are caught in do to pollution or radioactivity, like that leaking plant in Japan...let's begin Warning label on can... 'Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead and other reproductive harm...for more info go to www. P65warnings. CA.Gov/food...hmm I don't know, just saying, what exactly are we all eating on a daily basis? And I'm not herer to 'slay' this fishing company, cause I'm sure every product we eat has about the same additives and ingredients, but I am here to say we all better be very careful what we put in our bodies especially as we age. Cause the older we get, obviously our bodies, as in kidneys and liver ect, become less able to process out harmful chemicals. And if your Doctor isn't telling you this, than shame on them, here I am taking up my own free time to write this and not getting paid at all just for a few people to read...now that's dedication. Just beware of 'Xanthan gum'...do your own research on it or I'll do it later as time allows or just leave a link right here cause I'll be away from this section for a few days.. Better yet here's a video about Xanthan gum, the video is pretty 'generic' and makes Xanthan gum seem 'A-OK', but my body says otherwise, unless there's another cross over ingredient I'm not noticing.

Chester Chicken I love chester chicken, but lately, as in the last year or so, seems whatever type of grease or oil they use on their fried foods, my body reacts bad to it...like heartburn or something. It took me a while to narrow it down, but now the last two times I've eaten their food, same autoimmune reaction, or heartburn or something. I suspect it's something in the cooking oil, an ingredient....but it now has a bad effect on me...and darn, cause I love their food.
