I need some food

I need some food, fruits and veggies, but do not feel like getting dressed and going shopping inside of grocery store, to much of a hassle.

People are mean, everyone thinks you're a bad person, you get judged, so instead will utilize that home grocery delivery service.

If we didn't have to eat, most of us would be millionaires by now, but we do have to eat, and food cost money, especially healthy food.

And right now I need some, cause fridge about out of useful stuff.

I don't mind paying a few dollar extra for someone else to shop for me.

Was going to do the order groceries to your door thing, but I think I'll go do it myself.
General shoppers, who shop for you, aren't good at details, and I don't blame them since they have other orders to get to.

I can already feel that 'sitting around, laying around too much weakness', setting in.
Even when not feeling well, still need to eat right and even exercise a bit.

I can't let my mind go to waste, cause the body follows the mind, and if my mind is lazy, the body will become lazy.
The mind has to be like the drill segreant to the body.

And my drill Sergeant mind is telling my body 'We need to get up and out soldier'.

But will the body listen, that's the question.

Thinking about ordering this from Amazon, why?

Cause have been slowly building up survival off the grid type of stuff over the last year or so.

I realize when stuff hits the fan, it's going to happen quick, and if not already prepared, it will be to late to prepare.

So I've been slowly preparing, just in case.

Small but important stuff like hand held instant water purifier, fire stick starter, first aid kit, hand held BB gun.

Why a BB gun? Cause can hunt small game, as in squirrel, birds, and not make a lot of noise doing so.

And other stuff.

But water and shelter are the main things to have.

And the ability to stay dry.

If stuff hits the fan, I think mobility is the most important asset one can have.

Some chose to 'stock up' and stay in one place, but me, nah, I prefer to rome rather than be stuck in one place that if driven out I'd be lost.

And if in one place can be attacked and robbed.

Staying in one place makes better sense if living on a compound or have many staying with you...but if a lone, trying to hold up in one place isn't smart, in my opinion, rather it's better to be mobile, sleep in abandoned homes, ravines, warehouses, and always move so no one suspects you even exist.

Just got back from shopping at Publix



The experience was OK, as good as any when going shopping.

Some men are very desperate though, for while in store, this one healthy looking black male, had with him a white female addict, Heroin or crack addict, but you could tell she was an addict, and they were probably both in their 20's.

She had the shakes and all, but the sure sign she was a addict was the face, that shrink face look, so sad to see that.

And at first thought maybe he was her councilor, but councilors, recover councilors, don't usually go shopping with their client one on one like that.
No, I think in his mind, he found his love, and in his mind (cause this is how men think, and women to at times), in his mind he feels like he can rehabilitate her.

He's black, he's got a woman who's white, and who still has a body that's workable in bed, and no one else wants her, she's a throw away, and for him that's very empowering, to have a white women who's a throw away depending on him to provide.

He supplies the food, the basic shelter, and money for her drugs, and well, all she has to do is lay down for him when he's ready, or when she's stoned.
More than likely though, he's got a room for her, a hotel room, that way she can't steal stuff, cause everyone knows drug addicts steal, they can't help it, they'll steal from their own parents, family, they'll ever steal from their own kids, if that what it takes to get their next hit.

Oh well, nothing I can do about it.

I can only wonder though how that woman was before she became a addict.

And because she was still plump in the body, I can tell it hasn't been that long, cause further along addicts always begin to lose weight and become very thin.

I'd say she's been an addict for less than 4 months, what happened?
And now, she'll be just another stat soon, used and abused by the streets like so many before.

Anyways, that's what I saw when went shopping today at Publix.

I think you have to be happy to go shopping, or maybe just 'encouraged'...I don't know, I just know I don't like shopping anymore.

When younger, I use to watch these type of shopping experience speals.



Shoppings just not like that anymore, society has changed, I've changed, we've all changed.

The respect I thought I'd automatically get when older, just seems to never come, instead no matter how old I get, seems always viewed as a shoplifter.

And now you do have smash and grabs, and just general crime, and cashiers that really don't want to be there, and so forth.

Shopping use to be a social event, and of course when younger it's where you went to hopefully meet a nice dude or chic, or tag along with your parent or parents to simply explore.

Stores seemed super large when a kid, and could hide up under clothing racks.

Looking back, it all just seems like a dream now, oh how times have changed.

All that aside, ye, lately, I just don't feel like shopping anymore, and that's a shame, cause shopping use to be such a joy.
