Heat heals Heat heals, not to much heat, but the right amount of heat, heat kills bacteria, and I found this out kind of on accident. I think maybe I had the stomach flu, something, I don't know, it's just like stomach kept gurgling, it just didn't feel right, even a slight bloating sensation, but no pain, hard to explain. But I could tell it was bacterial orientated by kind of getting that 'cold' sensation in nasal, eyes, the usual signs of a cold, more mucus build up, you know, the normal way body tries to rid itself of invasive bacteria. Well nothing was working, I even could not so much as take a sip of beer, instant reaction from body, which told me, or now tells me, bodies defense totally wrapped up in fighting off whatever it was fighting off and didn't have time to was cell soldiers on beer. That aside and long story short, I finally, this morning, laid under a large pile of 'stuff', hard to explain, stuff pressed against my abdomen, stomach, which had been acting up, well as a result stomach area become really warm, almost hot, and then I notice that gurgle, ect, went away. And then I realized 'Ye, that's right, bacteria don't like excessive heat. In fact, I've heard it said a few years ago that that's why people get fevers, the body raises the temperature to kill whatever 'cold virus' is in the body, heat kills bacteria, that I guess have low tolerance for heat variance. I heard, in that same discussion that the mistake many make is as soon as they see someone has a fever, they immediately try to lower the tempurature and I hear that's a big mistake, cause by lowering the tempurature to soon, than all that does is allow the invasive bacteria to live. Do people die from fevers?, not really sure now that I consider the above, not sure if they're dying from the fever or from the cold virus and bacteria that's making them sick, all the fever is is the bodies reaction to the virus of fever being inside the person, and thus body raises the tempurature to try to kill the invading microbes. ========================================================= Yes there's heat pads, but that's for muscles, but I wonder if there's specifically heat pads designed to deal with bacterial or virus infections? I do know there's AVR virus killing lights.. But I think more designed to kill or disinfect surface areas in hospitals, Motels ect. But not sure if there's one specifically designed for the body. Anyways, I could write all day about this so better stop now, if at University could just request a $100,000 grant to study this further, but since not at a University, this idea won't go anywhere, but maybe someone will read it who is at a University and further study what was written how about how heat actually cures a person of the flu, by killing the virus that gives you the flu.

About to get up, out, and go exercise a bit in the park
Yep, about to get up and out for a bit, have to, if want to stay healthy, when body doesn't feel like getting up and out, that means you're out of shape. That means I'm out of shape, regardless of being on the thinner side of heavy, no matter, it's how you feel on the inside that determines your level of fitness.
Sometimes just going up to local park and doing some walking, helps out a lot to get the blood flowing.

Just got back from doing more laps around park again, on way back from corner store just figured why not do a few laps. I don't jog more than 20 feet at a time, but do 'fast walk', not in good enough shape to be able to jog more than about half the length of the field (I know joggers are laughing right now) But I know my limits, and since not a professional athlete I can't risk injury, I mean no need to 'destroy body' during one workout, to prove what? No, jogging is a hard activity, especially as one ages, and shouldn't be taken lightly, but I'm getting there bit by bit, again. If you saw my frame, you'd be like 'You can't jog very long?', and sure, I may look thin, but I'm tall, and as such knees have to support a lot of weight with each stride, and if muscles aren't toned, a bit more weight isn't loss, than while jogging, could pull a muscle or something worse. I'm in no rush, the main thing was for me to stop drinking so much, that was the main battle, which I doubt will ever completely be won, but do have it under control for now. When I jog, I shouldn't feel any strain on any part of my body, I should feel almost weightless, that's when I'll know I'm back in jogging shape, cause been there before, and when use to be in jogging shape, I couldn't even feel my joints, and felt very light, springy type of light, playful type of light footed, bouncy, springy and all, I'm not there yet, and good circulation helps achieve that, when blood, which carries oxygen, is able to flow fully and completely to all body parts, including the brain. So ye, I need a few more months of current exercising before there again. I mainly can't wait for the 'face fat' to subside, I want that skinny face look again, it makes you look so much younger.

The best I've felt all day is when walking from vehicle to place carrying stuff I bought
In other words the best I've felt all day was when engaged in physical activity, as such I think I'll head back to vehicle, go to park, and do some exercising, I mean why not, what's the alternative? sit around place all day in front of computer basically doing nothing?
Nah, I need the exercise.
Also, not drinking at the moment, nor do I want to, while others load up this holiday, I want to remain dry, I mean I have nothing to celebrate.
And why should I get drunk, which will lead to an emotional outbreak, which will lead to me calling people I shouldn't, saying stuff I shouldn't out of drunkness and not true feelings.
I'm done calling those who are dead to me, and me to them, let them remain in the grave.
That being said, time to go exercise a bit.

Sometimes I just think we all need to apologize to our bodies due to how poorly we treat our own bodies so often.

Sometimes I just think we all need to apologize to our bodies due to how poorly we treat our own bodies so often. I know sometimes, as of late, I get sad, cause I treat my body so poorly, but not compared to others, but still whatever and so forth. I need to stop drinking, that's the main poison I put in my body, poor poor body. Our bodies are designed to 'live', to keep us alive, and what do we do? we do all we can to destroy that which is designed to keep us alive.

I need to give my body like a seperate name, a name of it's own, cause my soul and my body are like two different entities as far as I'm concerned..

Are the days of me just waking up and feeling healthy all the time just over and done with forever?
Just seems every day it's always something different or new that makes me feel less than healthy.
Maybe it's stuff in the air?, toxins, stuff in the food, who knows.

Went to bed feeling sickly type of exhausted.
Before bed though, took some powdered vitamin C, mixed in with blendid fruit in blender, ate some almonds, and now this morning feel better.
Sometimes I eat worst, no all the time I eat worst, when on the job.
Cause when on the job and go to corner stores, like 'Gate', you know, gas station stores, and if they have a deli, and all that 'morning food' stuff that makes ya fat, I often give in and buy it cause it's just 'there' in your face, then add chips, and other man made food, and well you get the point.
There's so many ways to get sick, so many ways to invite stuff into our bodies that shouldn't be there.
But as long as in decent general health, it's usually nothing a good deep nights sleep can't fix.
Good sleep is vital to good or decent health, is why I no longer take jobs that either intrude in on my sleep time or have me getting up at awkward time that interfiers with bodies recovery.
The body recovers while asleep.
And at least with me, it's usually between 3-5 am where deepest sleep takes place, so any job that disturbs me between those times is a no no.
I will not let any job rob me of my health for some measly small pay check.

I believe this to still be true in that viruses and bacteria do not like heat, cause whenever I hold small space heater up to chest area, I can almost feel the viruses or bacteria running away from the heat and or just dying.
And that's actually the purpose of fevers is to kill off whatever virus is inflicting your body, so ye, heat does kill of many types of bacteria and even some viruses, and that's based on my own trial and era studies not some Harvard experts report.

seems I never get sick, or a cold or anything, until I leave my place, and I think I know why, it's the food I eat 'out there'.
You just never know how the food, that's prepared in the public, like at store delis, is prepared.
Or if it sits out to long, and bacteria multiply in it.
Bottom line, to make it in this world you need a strong immune system or will always be getting the sniffles no matter what.

I haven't eaten one single large or even small meal today, yet I still feel full.
Bodies going through some odd changes as of late, hopefully for the better, we shall see.

I do notice more things just seem toxic to my body right now. I'm older now, so have to pay attention to everything that effects body. And I think the older you get, your organs become more sensitive to the gunk, artificial ingredients, 'man' puts into all sorts of products, even the flavoring in sunflower seeds, it's chemicals basically, and that stuff can be toxic to your body after a while.
Since I've stopped drinking, I'm really trying to watch what I eat and snack on.
