I need to cleanse myself, as in stop eating processed foods, for starters, mainly snack foods, like beef jerky, store bought chips, anything bought at convience stores actually.
I just need to drink homemade water with lemon and other herbs in it, tea, ect. I need to cleanse my system. Eyes were a bit bloodshot, with bags, everything can be resolved if you simply back engineer your bad eating habits. And of course, I need to stop drinking beer, haven't had on since Tuesday.
But actually, I'm a bit hard on myself, cause went to a 'wake' funeral type of thing, and well, compared to others, physically, I held my own and then some.
Sometimes women really let themselves turn into physical slobs above a certain age, they just eat and stuff their face, and take on that whole drag queen appearance.
I cannot relate to women like that at all. And they wonder why normal guys aren't attracted to them.

Raw lemons taste good to me right now, they taste more sweet than sour to me right now.

The least thing I feel like doing right now is working out, so yep, guess what I'm going to go do first, right out of bed, yep, go workout and get the blood flowing. That way if I do drink later, I won't feel so bad about it...lol.
For real though, this is first day of 4 days off, but have a lot on my mind. Life changes are coming, and to handle it, I need to be in shape, physical shape, or at least decent shape, cause it'll be a strain on my mind, for sure, what's coming, which could involve moving to a place I never wanted to live in, ever, but could mean free rent.
But free rent can't make up for living in a place you're not comfortable in. Long story, will share more later, right now gotta go workout, or walk.

When young, younger, health is free, but when get old, older, you practically have to work for your health every single day...

I'm in decent enough shape where I can afford to sloth off for about a week, and drink, but not much more than that. Amazing how quickly your health can go down if stop working out, and then eating bad, on top of drinking booze.

Not sure why face fat seems to be the hardest fat to shake from your body.
The thinner your face, less fat on your face, the better you look, especially as you age and things begin to sag. If you have little or no face fat, then there's nothing to sag on your face.

Where your butt and spine hit the chair or bed/ground, is where all the back issues begin
I live in a new place now, not sure how long I'll be here so I bought a air mattress...but that air mattress is not good for your spine....laying flat isn't good for your spine, period.
For years, and years and years, I never laid on a regular mattress flat, ever...I always had legs elevated to one degree or another...I never sleep flat...terrible for the spine, are bodies aren't flat so why do we lay flat? Even when we walk, we don't walk perfectly vertical...yet expected to sleep that way?
So ye, I lost all the things that kept me healthy in my last place, but I'm gonna have to spend some money to solve that.
Even chairs...at my old place I never sat in a chair....and now I sit in a hard metal chair with like padded bottom, your typical auditorium give a speech type of chair...and it to is wreaking havoc on my lower back spine area...
The last place I sat one edge of futon, and had long table with laptop printer ect...bed, office, right there. But now, nope, all that has changed, and I'm feeling the different in my body.
Damit I hate spending money, but today I may have to for my health.

Energized, but no energy
I'm energized, but don't have no energy..hmm
About to just lay down in the mattress for a minute here.
Easy to attract bees, just lay out some honey on a sponge or etc...they'll come, if in the area.

I think knee joints, etc, get sore, etc, whenever body needs nourishment, and doesn't have it, and so takes from calcium sources like our joints. So to me, joint pain tells me I'm not getting enough vitamins, or drinking to much, cause drinking flushes out minerals.

It's a weird sensation when you feel tired, or think you should, yet your body has energy. I think it's learning how to regulate the mind...
I think we make ourselves feel tired when bored, even though have energy, but nothing planned, so we convince self we need to fall asleep...mind over matter type stuff.

Yep, since moving, or being forced to, I suppose one good thing to come from that is that now, working out is becoming a daily thing...it wasn't really before because I lived on the second floor, and believe it or not just living in the back, on the second floor can give or gave my mind lazy reasons to not workout.
But now I live on first floor, and to workout all I do is open door, walk outside with bike, and go...way less prep time. It's kind of hard to explain...but we all do it in areas of our lives, give ourselves excuses to not do this or that, mine happened to be with working out and a few other things.
Also, I'm taking non animal protein powder daily, for the last few days, cause I realize, at my age, makes no sense to workout (my workouts mainly consiste of me walking and sprinting and biking, and every now and then weights, and stretching, and body stuff, as in push ups ect)
But still all that destroys muscle tissue, and it's the repairing process that makes you fit...well if during repair process body has nothing to repair musclce with, body will take stored nutrients from other parts of your body, like fat, bones, ligaments, ect, and you'll begin to ache...duh.
Then add drinking beer to that and not good. So, I've stopped drinking beer for now, and working out near daily, and wow, my energy level is amazing. Now I just got to sharpen my mind again...learn to focus again, to think, to concentrate for long periods of time.
Cause to be honest, I'm one of the dumbest people on the planet, I have so neglected my mind over the years.
I know everything yet skilled in nothing. Pay checks and my labor has gotten me by, but certainly not my mind.
Anyways, shame on me for neglecting the gifts I was born with...but for now, time to get dressed, groom and go do a quck morning workout before it gets to hot.

Is sitting up straight in a flat chair good or bad for your lower spine?
I think it's bad...your body will tell you.

My body is not telling me coffee/mocha energy drinks are not good for my bodyMy body is now telling me that these coffee/mocha energy drinks, you get from the store, are no longer good for my body. I suspect it's do to the amount of sugar they put in them. I can make and drink my own coffee at home, which I add no sugar to at all, and I'm OK. But when I drink these heavily sugar saturated store bought energy drinks, it's like my body or energy level crashes. Could be a sign or pre diabetes, from what I've read, or just the fact that lots of sugar is bad for you, regardless of whether you have diabetes or not, especially as you age. Either way, no more coffee/mocha store bought energy drinks for me. Dr Self.
