Mornings like this, the day after getting off long work shift, when feel heavy, is when I need to get up and go workout, and get the blood flowing.
It's become a habit now.
Like this person here, walking in the park has many benefits

My eyes are now starting to get a bit worse now, vision that is, at least up close vision, and I've never worn glasses before.
I guess I should be grateful I've made it this far in life without needing glasses considering I can remember way back in Kindergarden and the 1st grade, how many of my classmates way back then, had to wear glasses, and after all these years I still don't wear any, but may have to soon, who knows.
Life is tough, then you get sick and die, whatever.

Even sissies need to keep fit and stay in shape Life is just more fun when you're in shape, whether a sissy, or a stud.

Avoid Saw Palmetto at all costs, in my opinion Avoid this herbal product at all cost, in my opinion. I ordered some from Amazon, and well...had slight medical side effects. But there have been people, men, taking this stuff for weeks, months, and the effects are scary.. You can read their reviews here.. www.drugs.com/comments/saw-palmetto/ Me, I'm acute when it comes to listening to my body, so luckily I only took one, and one is enough for me, the rest will go into the garbage. Not even sure why the FDA would approve such a product...not just this brand, but all brands..I just chose the above brand by random.

You know, I've been struggling with tingly nerve sensation for about the last year, on and off, sometimes it's not there at all. I initially affiliated it with drinking, or alcohol, but I don't think that's what was causing it, believe it or not I think it's caffeine.
Cause I will often drink coffee or a coffee drink before a then later in the day, drink beer.
But here's the thing...I notice that when I just drink beer, I don't get that nerve burning sensation, but if I drink coffee, or a coffee drink, then I do still feel that nerve sensation, which leads me to believe it's the caffeine that causes that nerve fray feeling and not the alcohol.
I'll have to run further tests on self to affirm this.

Just took a short bike ride up to an Amazon locker, and back, to pick up a small package; I really needed to do that, cause it may be the only exercise I get in for the day.

I'm going to build myself back, I really have no choice, cause life being out of shape, or headed that way, is no fun at all, especially when at work. The only person I hurt by being out of shape, or in bad health, as a result of, is myself, cause no one else feels the pain and discomfort other than self.

Exercise also really does have the ability to fight off sickness and disease. I don't know the science of 'why', I just know the results of self, and that the less I physically exercise, the more it seems my immune system drops, thus making me more vulnerable to sickness, illness, germs and disease, that being said I'm about to get dressed and go exercise before I do anything else today, for my own health's sake.

The only good thing I can see about me having to work 4 long, dull, days in a row is 1. It'll keep me away from drinking 2. I tend to workout more when at work, during 'lull' moments of no activity.
So that being said, I should emerge from these 4 days in better over all physical health, not that driving for long periods is healthy, but I can maybe balance that out with exercising and not drinking when off.
Cause when get home after shift, it's so late and I'm to wore out to drink.
I'll emerge healthier, but as far as my moral, and my mental state, that will take a beating, cause working long hours to me is like being a slave.
Money? I don't earn enough to prosper, just to pay bills, like many, so the money part stops mattering after a while, and has with me very long ago.
My moral and happiness means more to me than some pay check...I don't live for pay checks, like being tossed a doggie biscuit or something.

The best thing I can do for myself right now is to go workout outside my place, either a bike ride or walk in the park. Sure I have a treadmill, and some weights inside of my place, but the motivation to workout inside of place is nil to none.
I need to get up and out, even though totally don't feel like it, which means I probably should.

I have no reason to look up to any doctor since I never go to one, yet I'm still here
Doctor who? No pun intended.
Trauma doctors, yes, they're worth every penny of their training and medical bill.
Second would be disease treating doctors, as in cancer, ect...they to are worth their salt.
All other doctors are basically theorists to me.
I'll go to a herbal remedy practitioner before I will a doctor.
Now like Nurses, I give nurses a big thumbs up.
Doctors are good at telling you what you have once already sick, but they suck at telling you how not to get sick in the first place.
For that, you need to see a nutritionist

Doctors are basically like street cops, that's their equivalent, in that they show up after crime/illness, has already occurred.
