Also, the less stuff inside your place, the better. Also, good to just open doors and windows and allow fresh air to flush out benzene and other toxins that build up in our places, from all the platics and other artificially made stuff most people stuff into our, their, homes.

I'm useless on weeknights when I have to work the next day...why?
Cause my job hours are very long, and when I finally get in, my mind and body are shot, and so I don't engage in much mental exercises when got to work the next day, as to not stress the body out, cause as goes the mind goes the body.
And people are dying left and right, celebrities and other, like Elvis Presley's daughter just died yesterday, and the media hardly saying anything about it. I'll give them the proper send off when time allows. She was 54, a Gen X'r, that's beginning to touch home now. Health is everything. But when wealthy and famous, and not accountable to anyone, no telling what people might do behind closed doors that may not be so good for their health.
Seems when wealthy, either you live a very clean life, and get the best medical care, or you indulge in drugs, beer, and wine, and fail to take care of yourself.
Either way, we all get older and slow down, and then pass.

I think lack of rest, sleep, and working long days where deprive self of both, is a good way to stress your heart out as you age. This mainly applies to blue collar types, although some in the white-collar world can over work themselves as well by working super long days and not sleeping properly.

Going 'dry' for a while, today was just one of those days where later in the evening, a inner voice said 'stop drinking'...
That same inner voice told me to toss out all sauces in the fridge and cabinets, as in ketchup, bb sauce, ect, and to toss away all potato chips.
Basically voice told me to stop drinking alcohol and to toss out all artificially flavored sauces and chips, and so I did.
My body has been taking care of me for a long time, it's about time I return the favor and start taking care of the body my soul and conscious resides in.

Gummie vitamins work Gummy vitamins work, regardless what kind you buy or take. I've been taking vitamin C and Brain health gummy vitamins, and well, I just feel better. I was skeptical at first, but I think they do work, unless I'm imagining it...but I don't think you can imagine 'good health'. Anyways, long day, time for bed.

There comes a certain time of the night, where I just stop everything, recreational or not, and just let the brain rest.

Stretching is as important as working out, especially as you age I just got done working out at the park, and as you can see, I also managed to get in some stretching. Stretching matters, and you can take advantage of even a fence, to create leverage for yourself as you stretch. Get creative, use your environment to your advantage.

I've gotta really start getting myself healthy and fit again, right now been kind of straddling the fence between healthy and unhealthy, but I need to go ahead and ump over the fence onto the healthy side.
Being healthy, as you age, ust makes everything throughout the day so much easier.
When healthy
1. Your mood improves, cause when healthy not in pain, ect
2. And when healthy, eat right, you have longer energy span throughout the day, which again improves your mood.
3. When healthy, you're more optimistic about the future, even your own.
And I could go on.
I've lived days, spans of days, when very healthy and fit, and those days are a breeze. Then I've lived days, spans of days, when not so healthy, maybe do to drinking, or bad diet, ect, and those days suck, they totally suck, when you have muscle ackes, and still have to work, ect.
I may have to take a trip soon, and see someone I haven't seen in a while, and if, when do, I need to be healthy, not so much for them, but for me, cause in order to help them, I'm going to need to be at both my mental and physical best.

Pain drains.
I don't even feel like getting up to go to the kitchen. It's like the kitchen seems 1 mile away.

When you're in so much pain, your legs, or this or that, that you can't even barely lift your leg, and feel like it's all over, then the pain goes away, it feels like being given a new start.

Yes, cause when single, alone, and only depend on self, if inured or hurt or get sick, what are you going to do? It's scary, but most are just one injury away from nothing....is why good health so matters, especially as you age.

Being happy and content is a part of health and fitness
Yes, there's a lot of levers to being healthy. health is a combo of the physical and the mental aspects of our well being. And to me, a part of that mental health is not always being in need, when you yourself can help yourself not be in need by simply buying what you need to make life more comfortable.
I mean stuff, items, within your means. Some people are cheap towards self, even when don't have to be. I mean a lot of us have this idea of saving all our pennies until old, but who says we'll even make it to be old? And if so, who says we'll even be healthy? I mean unless a wealthy millionaire, sorry, but the few nickels and dimes you save, or saved while working, will get gobbled up in days or months or a year once you fall ill.
Most people who are poor just get government help anyways, or just die....that's just the reality for most of us, yep, we just die when older. Well, I'm not dead yet, so I figure I may as well make life as bearable to self as I can, and while I can, cause when stuff hit's the fan, it usually happens suddenly, and all these peaceful times I'm living through now, will not have mattered one bit in the future.
Is why 'now' is all we really have, so make sure 'now' is working for you, even if have to spend a few bucks.

Whens the last time you rode a pedal bike if a Gen X'r?
I wasn't in nearly as good of shape as I thought I was, and it took me going on a bike ride to realize that.
If 50 + or a Gen X'r, fitness is everything.

You've got to be so careful about what you eat these days, and or what you breathe while at work, or sharing vehicles for a job, or even hotel rooms you stay in. There's so many viruses and germs and bacteria out there today, and no telling what stuff could be spread on purpose by governments or bad actors.
People dropping dead for no good reason, while in their prime.
I'm healthiest when home alone, by myself, it's always when I go out, or to work, or eat stuff from public places that I seem to get a little ill, at times.
Gotta really be careful and guard your health these days.
Heck, you even gotta guard your mind and mental health also, and be careful what you let into your mind and thoughts.
