[The Haunted- 1991/font]
Right now watching this movie titled 'The Haunted', came out in 1991 and I guess based on a true story.
Heck, I really don't need to pay for Netflix ect, when can get just as good of new and older movies on YT for free.
Not sure what to make of this movie yet for only just started watching, but so far starts off happy, as most horror movies do.
Will give review when done watching.

Remember Freddy Krueger?
All of his scenes in this video, I kind of forgot how creepy the dude could be.
Just the concept of him is almost more creepier than the actual 'make-up' version.

Now days don't even know if his character would be allowed on screen, in that now days, people with real bodily burns probably wouldn't like being depicted as monsters.

Satan's Triangle
This movie stands out to me as a 'youth' or when I was one.
Older brother was fascinated with stuff like this (back when older brothers were cool)
And I can remember watching this movie, as a youth, with him and other siblings, and older brother would be narrating action scenes while movie airing.
This helicopter scene still stands out to me till this day.
Not just the scene, but also the closeness had with sibling and family at the time, a time that has long since passed.
But life goes on, even though the past fades away.
I think I'll watch this whole movie again, something I haven't done since very young...I just wonder how my more mature mind will digest movie now, compared to when nearly a toddler...

Devil - 2010
'Devil', no wonder I couldn't find it for years cause thought it was titled 'Elevator'.
This movie here, is what I'd call a horror thriller or horror mystery, and will have you guessing all the way till the end, like a chess game, and the acting is good.
This was back when scary movies still used big name actors who knew what they were doing, unlike now days where they pump out horror movies as if on a conveyor belt with no name student actors I guess.
But this one here is good, and if can watch whole movie, it will be worth your time.

The Witching - 2016
This movie here kind of plays out like 'Tales from the Crypt', in that it's a string of short horror movies strung together told by 'campers'...not sure how it ends cause still watching, but on 3rd Movie about a radio DJ who has psychic on show and is a smart alec, and then get's a call from 'god'...interesting tale...in the middle of it now.
But if you like short scary movies, 'The Witching', is for sure worth a watch.

Hansel and Gretel Not for the weak of heart, that's for sure, wow, for sure not the Hansel and Gretel story I remember as a kid. Here is a 2013 version or 2010 version of Hansel and Gretel, but it's not in English, but no matter, don't really need a language to understand what's going on. Both this version and other version are violent and bloody, but to me gore is not needed. The scariest part of this 'tale' to me as a youth, a child, was the concept of 'deceit', not the gore, but the deceit of it all. Deception is scarier than 'gore', writers or producers who realize that create movies that do well.

The Farm
I don't know, I wonder how this movie is?
Seems always 'white college students' getting eaten up by or beat down by Monsters.
Seems in movies 'whites' are the default beat up on, cannibalize, mutilate class of people.
'Oh they're just white, lets go ahead and mutilate them'...according to movie monsters.
All that aside, maybe I will or will not watch this movie, depends on what I think of the trailer.

I'm not going to watch this, it's just one set of crazed 'W' people attacking and eating another set of crazed 'w' people, written and directed by even more 'w' people who I guess fantasize about eating one another. Not tonight, I think I'll find another movie to watch.

I mean if I invented some stuff like that here in this site, and wrote about it, they'd think I was nuts, yet OK for writers in Hollywood to come up with people eating each other, and deemed 'art'...boy how standards change depending on who you are.

Ghost Note
This is a good movie so far cause it deals with a fresh theme, and the acting or performers are decent and the main character, which is a 17 year old female (in the movie anyways), acts like a real 17 would who is a bit spoiled and turned to 'Wicca' religion.
It's important to create characters audience can connect with or nothing else really matters.
They do a good job here, at least in my opinion.
And there's not a bunch of annoying commercials which totally break you out of the mood when trying to get 'scared' or into a maovie.
It's worth a watch for sure, I rarely watch movies all the way through, but instead will watch in 2-3 sittings, like a series.

All the wrong friends
You'll enjoy this one if lean more towards 'scary' or 'scary thriller/mystery' over 'horror'.
This movie will for sure make you think about whom you chose to hang around.
